Basic Formula Used
Percentage = (Part ÷ Whole) × 100
Worked Example
Question: What is 20% of 150?
Step 1: Convert percentage to decimal → 20% = 0.20
Step 2: Multiply → 0.20 × 150 = 30
Answer: 20% of 150 is 30
